Loosing weight it means loose of fat in your body. You have saturated fat that store in your body and this type of fat is really hard to reduce but you can lose that fat through proper diet and proper exercise.




1. BREAKFAST


All meals are very important but breakfast is very important because you start your day by eating breakfast if your breakfast meal is healthy and hygienic then you feel satisfied and off other type of craving later in the day aim to eat around 300 to 500 calories in your breakfast meal you can use lean protein some carbs and some healthy fat to help you to lose weight (for breakfast : omelet, oatmeal, veggies, fruits ) and fibers

1 cup old fashioned or steel cut oatmeal

2 cups almond milk

1 apple thinly sliced then cut into thirds (basically thin bite sized pieces)

2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)

1 cup unsweetened apple sauce (if you have the little cups each is 1/2 cup)



2 . DRINK COFFEE


Kick off your day by drinking plain coffee instead of using milk and sugar in it. Coffee is a natural and an good source of antioxidants. But you need to consume only 300 mg 400 mg. And you can also use green tea instead of plain Coffee.



3. STOP TAKING SUGARY  BEVERAGES

Studies have shown that excessive sugar consumption can lead to the development of certain illnesses and diseases indirectly from weight gain. These same studies have shown that high-sugar diets increased weight gain when compared to a low-sugar diet.That's why you need skip sugary beverages.


4. KEEP PROTEIN INTAKE HIGH


High Protein intake can help you to lose weight.Eating a protein-rich diet can help people lose weight because it can help them avoid overeating. A high protein diet can help build lean muscle when combined with exercise. Lean muscle helps to burn more calories throughout the day, which can also help with weight loss.
